Returns or Exchanges

Have you ordered the wrong moisture meter, regret your order or any other reason you want to return or exchange? It is possible and might happen. Please take into account the following conditions.

Returns are accepted if:

  • The product is undamaged and unused.
  • The product is still in the original packaging.
  • Any seals are undamaged.


Send the product including all accessories within 7 working days back to the address below. Do not forget to attach the original invoice/packing slip and ensure proper packaging. We provide fast processing.

Reason for return or exchange

We would like to ask you to please indicate on the back of the invoice or delivery note what your reason is for returning or exchanging, so that we can proceed as soon as possible.

If you cannot (any longer) satisfy the conditions, please contact our customer services by calling +31 546-876530. They will gladly work with you to find a suitable solution. However, this payment is not (yet) canceled.
